CONVERSATIONS ON
ADDICTION AND RECOVERY
Beginning in November, on the second Monday of each month, St. Luke’s will host an ongoing program of conversations, led by Powhatan County Mobile Outreach, on Addiction and Recovery. The program will take place in the Parish Hall 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Forest Church Returns with a Celebration of Winter! ~
St. Luke’s Forest Church returns with a Celebration of Winter. Please bring a lawn chair. Invite your friends and neighbors, Forest Church would be a wonderful way to introduce others to St. Luke’s! We will reflect on what this season might provide to us as we worship surrounded by God’s natural world to assist in our awareness of God’s love. Please meet at the back of the Parish Hall at 3:00 PM on December 13.
Bedding and Bathing: A New Plan for the
Christmas Mother
We have decided to try something new for our Angel Tree/Christmas Mother Outreach program. We are asking you to purchase bedding of any size, shape, color, design, etc., and bathing supplies, i.e. towels and washcloths, soaps, Dr. Teal’s Epsom salts, etc. Pick up a form on the table in the back of the church with suggestions for gifts.
Please bring your purchases to the basement of the Parish House and place on the tables in the lobby on or before the Annual meeting on November 15th so they can be delivered to the Christmas Mother before the deadline of Monday November 16th.
